IF YOU ARE A MANAGER, NURSE, DOCTOR, TRAINER, THERAPIST OR EVEN  ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT, WHO USED TO HAVING DEFINED LINES OF RESPONSIBILITY, A STRONG AND STRUCTURED MANAGEMENT LINE AND ‘PYRAMID STYLE’ OPERATING ENVIRONMENT, THEN AESTECH MAY NOT BE THE PLACE FOR YOU.

AT AESTECH, IF A DIRECTOR WALKS INTO THE CLINIC AND THE FLOOR NEEDS MOPPING, THE DIRECTOR WILL PULL OUT A MOP! IF A DOCTOR IS ONSITE AND THE PHONE IS RINGING AND THE RECEPTIONISTS ARE BUSY, THE DOCTOR WILL TAKE THE CALL. AT MONTHLY MEETINGS, THE ENTIRE WORKFORCE HAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO VOICE THEIR OPINIONS, NOT JUST ON ISSUES RELEVANT TO THEIR OWN DEPARTMENT, BUT ONES WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE. AT AESTECH, EVERYONE HAS A VOICE AND EVERYONE’S VOICE IS HEARD. WE BELIEVE THAT TOGETHER, WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. AS OUR MOTTO GOES, ‘ITS TEAMWORK THAT MAKES THE DREAM WORK’

AT AESTECH, WE BELIEVE IN FLEXIBILITY. WE ARE ALL WORKING MUMS AND DADS AND WE BELIEVE THAT WORK SHOULD NOT BE A CHORE, BUT A PLEASURE. WE UNDERSTAND THAT EVERYONE HAS TO EARN A LIVING TO SUPPORT THEIR FAMILIES AND WE ALL WANT THE BEST LIFESTYLE, WHICH INCLUDES A GOOD WORKING BALANCE. FOR THIS REASON WE ARE ALWAYS AMENABLE TO FLEXI-WORKING TIME AND WE ARE NOT ADVERSE TO HOME OR FIELD-BASED DAYS.

WE ALSO BELIEVE THAT OUR PETS ARE PART OF THE FAMILY TOO! WE WOULDN’T EXPECT YOU TO GO TO WORK AND LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN AT HOME FOR 8-HOURS THEREFORE WHY WOULD WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE TO DO THAT WITH YOUR PETS?! WE HAVE A VERY OPEN PET POLICY THAT ALLOWS YOU TO BRING YOUR PET INTO THE OFFICE. IF YOU HAVE ANY ANIMAL OR HAIR ALLERGIES THEN AESTECH MAY NOT BE THE ROLE FOR YOU. WE SIMPLY ASK THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ANIMAL, THAT IT IS SAFE AND SECURE AND DOES NOT BREACH HEALTH OR HYGIENE STANDARDS AND THAT ALL ANIMALS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE CLINIC AREAS.

IN THE OFFICE WE ARE CASUAL, WE DO NOT BELIEVE IN THE WHITE COAT, STUFFY SUIT SCENARIO. WE BELIEVE EVERYONE SHOULD BE FREE TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES FREELY BE IT THROUGH THEIR WORK CREATIVITY OR THEIR APPEARANCE. THE ONLY EXCLUSION TO THE RULE IS FOR WHEN THE ROLE REQUIRES CUSTOMER FACING SITUATIONS, IN THIS SCENARIO, BUSINESS ATTIRE OR COMPANY UNIFORM MAY BE REQUIRED, DEPENDING UPON THE NEED.

WE BELIEVE THAT EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PROGRESS, DEVELOP AND GROW AT AESTECH. BE IT THROUGH EDUCATION AND COURSES, SELF-DEVELOPMENT AND PRACTICAL TRAINING OR THROUGH WORK TITLES AND SALARY EXPECTATIONS, EVERY INDIVIDUAL IS ENTITLED TO FREE TRAINING DAYS, COMPANY BONUS SCHEMES AND EMPLOYEE PERKS – OF WHICH THERE ARE MANY.
