Hi my name is Fern and as stated above I am course operations executive. My role here at Aestech is one that I am incredibly proud to have achieved and one that both consistently and effectively fulfils not only myself as an individual but the skill set that I have worked hard to acquire over my life time.
My start into this industry was an unexpected one and only began to take form whilst studying both business and sociology A levels and working part time in a number of voluntary retail stores. Being able to combine knowledge of both the industry and the drive behind the cycle of supply and demand definitely helped me to progress in my status and effectively made clear what i valued the most, not only as an employee but as a consumer of goods myself.
However it was my passion for both beauty and aesthetics that brought to me this role at AESTECH. Their strong sense of community and their message of looking to build relationships with consumers was one that really appealed to me, especially with it being at the forefront of their approach. Having the opportunity to be not only and employee but an advocate for Aestech is a great honour and I am incredibly excited to continue raising their great reputation in both the beauty and medical world.

Hi I am Cara.
I have been working in the Beauty Industry since 2004. Beauty is not my career, it is my passion. I began working in the arena of medical beauty when I set up my very first salon back in Liverpool in 2013. Like all salon owners, I was faced with the usual issues of full-diaries over peak hours, not enough clients during off peak times and the inability to maximise my profit margins due to competition and local mobile therapists with limited overheads and wider pricing scopes. So, I did what every reputable salon owner would do, I went out and did my research. I found that laser machines was the way to go. The margins were high as was the demand and the competition was far lower owing to the high investment costs. Although sourcing the right machines took a lot of time, research and effort. For a few years, I was on to a winner. Then, globalisation brought with it a change in retail culture. The market became flooded with cheap Chinese replicas that promised the world and did very little for my treatment reputation. I constantly had to battle misconceptions of the treatments that I offered – and was highly successful in – owing to the disastrous results provided by other salons. The worst thing of all was that it wasn’t the other salon owners fault, they simply didn’t know any better. They believed they were purchasing the right machines, they believed the training they were provided with was adequate. That’s when I decided to make a change. I made the decision to sell my business out to Aestech.

Hi I am Mal and I have been with Aestech since day 1.
Since we opened in 2012, I have had the pleasure of installing hundreds of machines, all across the UK. I have a background in engineering and a passion for anything technological so working for Aestech is right up my street!
Not only do I get to play with all the new machines (I have the fun task of testing them all before they are delivered and installed) but I also get to travel across the country, meeting new people and teaching customers how to look after and maintain their new equipment.

Hi my name is Lisa Jane and I am the Business Manager for Scotland
I am a registered adult nurse (RGN). After completing my degree and working as an acute nurse, I decided to pursue a role as an aesthetic nurse practitioner. I have independently run my own aesthetic business for the last three years, in the Glasgow area. My passion for aesthetics and delivering the highest standards of quality and service has led me to taking up a role with Aestech.
Aestech machines are the creme d’la creme of the aesthetics world, which is why I will only use Aestech in my own clinic. My aim is to spread the word and help Aestech increase the overall standards of quality and training within the industry.

I am Katie Ayre, Business Manager for the North of the UK (Durham, Sheffield, etc)
I have 10 years industry experience, working within a variety of environments including cosmetic and skin clinics as well as traditional hair and beauty salons. I have hands on experience of using medical grade aesthetic lasers and equipment, therefore working with Aestech was a no-brainer for me as I know all too well that the quality of the equipment used to carry out any aesthetic treatment is paramount.

RACHEL SINGLETON – BUSINESS MANAGER (UK NORTH WEST / IOM / IRELAND)
Hi I am Rachel Singleton. I am the Business Manager of the North-West UK, IOM and Ireland.
My journey to joining Aestech has been somewhat of a unique one! All my life experience and skills, I feel, have brought me naturally to my role at Aestech.
I began my professional life as a CIBTAC qualified holistic therapist – an industry that I am extremely passionate about. After graduating, I began work in two premier Dublin spas. I really enjoyed my job, but found I was ready to take on a new challenge. Through my drive of helping women and my love for all things Medical, I decided to return to college to become a midwife. After 4-years, I graduated with a First-Class degree from the most prestigious college in Ireland – my home country.
My work as a midwife fulfilled my need to care for others; thus delivering the highest industry standards and the best quality of care to the public, quickly became my number one driving force – an attribute matched by the company ethos of Aestech.
That is why working for Aestech is so important to me. My passion to give people the best possible solution for their skin ailments, delivered through the highest quality of machines and the best possible training, is what makes Aestech a perfect fit.
